‘Halloween Party’ by Agatha Christie

20180408_151745As part of FAB challenge, I chose the book Halloween party written by Agatha Christie.

The book starts with preparation for a Halloween party organized by Rowena Drake. In that party, a girl named Joyce boasts that she once witnessed a murder. No one believes her. But after the party, she was found drowned in apple bobbing tub. Ariadne Oliver a children’s novelist present at the party now wonders whether Joyce might have been telling the truth, which might provide someone with a motive for killing her. Ariadne enlists her close friend, Hercule Poirot, to help solve the murder.

Overall, it’s an excellent book. One of the best by Agatha Christie. I recommend this one to all my friends and would like to give it 8 on 10.
